{"id":1917,"date":"2018-10-08T21:52:47","date_gmt":"2018-10-08T20:52:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uasc.me.uk\/wordpress\/?p=1917"},"modified":"2018-10-08T21:52:47","modified_gmt":"2018-10-08T20:52:47","slug":"cumbria-age-groups-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uasc.me.uk\/wordpress\/2018\/10\/08\/cumbria-age-groups-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Cumbria Age Groups 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Cumbria Age Groups 2019<\/h4>\n<p>These will be held on 12\/13 January at Workington and 19\/20 January at Kendal.<\/p>\n<p>The format of sessions 1 to 6 will be changed so that the finals will be swum as soon as practicable after the corresponding heats, rather than leaving all the finals to the end of a session. This will be done to increase the rest periods for those swimmers competing in the finals.<\/p>\n<p>Presentation to medallists will take place as soon as possible after the completion of each final.<\/p>\n<p>There will be an 800m for boys and a 1500m for girls added to the programme.<\/p>\n<p>Session 7 (at Kendal &#8211; Sunday am) will comprise the 1500m girls and the 1500m boys.<\/p>\n<p>Sesion 8 (at Kendal &#8211; Sunday pm) will comprise all of the relay events.<\/p>\n<p>The qualifying period for the 2019 championships will be from 5th February 2018 until 19th December 2018 (the closing date for entries).<\/p>\n<p>Qualifying times will be as 2018; boys 800m and girls 1500m to be determined.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uasc.me.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Promoters_conditions_-_2019_CCs_issue_1.doc\">T&amp;Cs Download here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cumbria Age Groups 2019 These will be held on 12\/13 January at Workington and 19\/20 January at Kendal.
