<\/p>\nThanks to everyone who supported our Junior Challenge Gala Saturday, without your help we wouldn’t be able to run these gala’s and our swimmers wouldn’t be able to gain valuable experience within a familiar surrounding. <\/p>\n
It was very nice to see our Senior Swimmers on poolside covering a number of officiating roles, we had lots of volunteers which goes to show the level of dedication our swimmers have, \u00a0both in the pool and out of it supporting the Junior swimmers in there first gala.<\/p>\n
Well Done to all the junior swimmers who did fantastically well, for some this was there first gala your club and parents are so proud of your efforts, we had some brilliant first PBs set, and we also had some good improvements on a number of PBs over the session.<\/p>\n
Anyone who picked a disqualification, \u00a0DQ codes can be found here\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0learning from your DQ is a key part of your competitive swimming experience. Every swimmer within the club has been disqualified at some time in their swimming career, they all became better swimmers from the experience.<\/p>\n If you have any questions in general or on a disqualification code please talk to your coach or one of the coaches on poolside next time you’re at the pool.<\/p>\n
