{"id":3082,"date":"2021-11-16T19:54:01","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T19:54:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uasc.me.uk\/wordpress\/?p=3082"},"modified":"2021-11-16T19:54:01","modified_gmt":"2021-11-16T19:54:01","slug":"cumbria-winter-meet-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uasc.me.uk\/wordpress\/2021\/11\/16\/cumbria-winter-meet-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Cumbria Winter Meet 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>All event information will be posted here: <a href=\"http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk\">http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Accepted Entries<\/p>\n<p>Accepted entries have been published online here: <a href=\"http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk\/winter-meet-accepted-entries\/\">http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk\/winter-meet-accepted-entries\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Withdrawals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any swimmer who wishes to withdraw must do it electronically on the above link.<\/p>\n<p>This can be done by either clicking \u2018Winter Meet \u2013 Withdrawals\u2019 on the menu<br \/>\n\u2018or\u2019<br \/>\nClicking \u2018Withdraw\u2019 next to the swimmer\u2019s name on the accepted entries.<\/p>\n<p>The system will send a confirmation email to both the swimmer and the club.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-Up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Warm-Up times for the sessions along with lane allocations will be available 7 days prior to the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We aim to have live results available on the day and these will be posted here: <a href=\"http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk\">http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>After the event a summary of the results will be available from the Cumbria ASA website <a href=\"http:\/\/swimcumbria.org.uk\">http:\/\/swimcumbria.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Merchendise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Winter Meet clothing is now available from Stitch and Print <a href=\"https:\/\/cumbriaasa.stitchandprint.co.uk\">https:\/\/cumbriaasa.stitchandprint.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We will also have some additional merchandise available in the coming days including bags, mugs &amp; water bottles which will make great christmas presents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Officials<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We cannot run these events without the help of officials.<\/p>\n<p>If anyone in your club can help, please email Martin Tickner ( martick1879@gmail.com )<\/p>\n<p>Alternately please complete the online form here: <a href=\"http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk\/officiate\/\">http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk\/officiate\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you have officials in training we can also help, let us know if they need any experience and we will do our best to accommodate them.<\/p>\n<p>We will provide lunches for officials who officiate on two consecutive sessions.<\/p>\n<p>We would recommend that parents check regularly for updates on the site prior to the event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All event information will be posted here: http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk Accepted Entries Accepted entries have been published online here: http:\/\/live.swimcumbria.org.uk\/winter-meet-accepted-entries\/ Withdrawals Any swimmer who wishes to withdraw must do it electronically on the above link.
