Swim Clinic for all UASC coaches and poolside helpers. Please register interest with Mark Knagg (chair@uasc.me.uk). Poolside helpers should have helped at several training sessions prior to attending the clinic. A nominal fee will be payable towards the costs.

UNLICENCED GALA with upper limit times only. Events are 25m and 50m all strokes (depending on age) plus 100m Individual Medley.
Please ensure all swimmers register in the foyer by 4.45pm before getting changed.
The awards from this event will be given out at the Summer Presentation Evening on July 2nd.

Swimmers travel by coach from Ulverston Leisure Centre leaving at 12.20pm promptly, £5 contribution to the cost. There will be some seats available for family @ £5 each – first come first served, alternatively parents can collect swimmers at Workington after the gala or from Ulverston Leisure Centre.
Interassociation Gala (North West region). Cumbria team for ages 11-14 (end of 2017), team selection by Cumbria ASA based on licenced times, team to be announced around 5th May.
