Cumbria Age Groups  14th 28th & 29th Jan

Good luck to all the age groups swimmers, please be aware of the following at Workington:

• No electronic devices on poolside.
• Do not leave poolside without informing a coach/helper.
• Bring £1 for a locker and a small bag for poolside essentials.
• Bring plenty to drink and warm clothes & flip flops.

The small pool is strictly for warm up and swim down only, no messing about will be tolerated.
