UASC Open Gala 23rd March 2019
Some useful information regarding our gala on the 23rd March 2019.
Session 1 warm-up is 8:00am, we have had to move the warm up by 30 minutes due to the session run time. The session will start at 9:00 am prompt.
Session 2 warm-up is still 13:30 with the session start time at 14:30 as original planned.
IMPORTANT – We will be using the Lonsdale suite at the leisure centre as a holding room, so please make sure your swimmers bring warm clothes and flip-flops or crocs to wear.
Spectator Entry costs are.
Per session £ 3.00
Full Day £5.00
U16 £1.00
Heat sheets will be available on the day for £1.00 per session and full programmes to download and print and results services is available via our website. look for the “UASC Live Results” link on top menu of the website.
Sportfox Arena shop will be in the café with a full range of Arena race and training swimwear and equipment, payment by cheque or cash only.
and hope to have a Swimzi pop-up shop with a full range of Swimzi kit.
Please make your coaches aware if your not able to make any of the sessions on the day, if you unable to contact your coaches please contact me on via text on 07762788459, stating swimmers name and club name, along with the session you are withdrawing from.
