SENW Summer Championships 2019
Well done to all UASC swimmers who competed at this years SENW Summer Championships.
We had a total of 8 swimmers competing with 38 events entered between them, this is a fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work you have all put in over the last 12 months to gain those qualifying times, you should be very proud.
With the sessions being split across three weekends, first up was for the older swimmers 15 and over, with Nicola Capstick, Alex Thompson, Indya Sharpe and Evie McMullan taking part in 15 heats and 8 finals in total.
Indya Sharpe came home with a Silver in 50m Backstroke, and Bronze in 100 Breaststroke.
then it was the turn of the younger 14 and under Swimmers, with Ethan Allpress, Felicity Boyle, Amelia Mardel and Adam Jones taking part in 23 heats and 6 finals across the weekend, with Ethan Allpress finishing the weekend with Silver in 100m Backstroke, and Bronze in both 50m and 200m Backstroke.
