Are proud to present their annual Open Gala on 7th & 8th March 2026
held at Kendal Leisure Centre Burton Road Kendal
Saturday 7th March 2026
- Morning warm up will start at 8 am with heats starting at 9 AM
- Afternoon warm up will start at 1 pm with heats starting at 2pm
Sunday 8th March 2026
- Morning warm up will start at 8 am with heats starting at 9 AM
- Afternoon warm up will start at 1 pm with heats starting at 2pm
Important. Inline with recent changes regarding poolside passes and the goverance and control of ensuring Swim England Policy and process are maintained, we will be utilising the on line pool accreditation website for application of individual pool side passes for the event.
All coaches, team managers going poolside MUST apply for a poolside pass through the following link
Swim England North West Accreditation.
Please Note – there will be no charge taken through this process, all clubs will advise UASC of the TOTAL number of poolside passes and payment will be made directly to the UASC as per the event T&Cs.
the use of the online Accreditation is to ensure compliance Swim England Policy and process regarding access to poolside.
all attending coaches and team managers will have there accreditation checked.

Programmes will not printed, but will be available for download from our results website. and session heat sheets will be available to buy before the sessions starts.
Car Parking kendal lesuire centre is payable, We have limit free parking passes for officials over the weekend, these will be handed out on First come first served basis.
Lunch will be provided for all officials, please can i ask that supporting clubs ask there officials to support this event, all trainees welcome. Please Note poolside passes Do NOT include Launch.

Please Note
We will be Marshalling in the Londsdale suite, please ensure your swimmers bring suitable clothing and footware for Marshalling.
No Large bags on poolside, and mobiles are NOT to be used witin the changing villige or on poolside to take photos or videos.
Kendel leisure centre will NOT be Opening the cafe, But Layby Lattes will be on site for snacks and hot drinks.
