Level 3 Sprint gala highly recommended for age 9/over : 50m and 100m all events and 100m and 200m IM. 8.30am warm-up, swimmers please be on poolside by 8.15am latest.
This gala is very similar in format to our own gala in March. Ideal first gala for those new to competing outside the Club.

Times are long Course times please use Pullbuoy conversion tables to convert 25m to 50m times
