RIVER AND SEA OTTERS TRAINING SATURDAY 26TH OCTOBER IS CANCELLED as most swimmers will be at the Halloween gala
Afternoon Level 3 Sprint Gala ideally suited to younger swimmers and those new to competing. You can race all 50m strokes plus 2 x 100m and 100m Individual Medley however please be aware that if you enter the maximum number of events (7) your swimmer will potentially find it quite tiring as they will be very close together, the gala being just one session.

Qualifying period is 24th October 2018 to 23rd October 2019, entries close on 23rd October 2019 and entry must be done directly on the SENWR website. If your swimmer has achieved one or more times and you haven’t done the online entry process before, please do ask a parent of one of the senior swimmers or email secretary@uasc.me.uk.

Please arrive at Ulverston Pool by 1.20pm for the bus to Darwen. Parents and supporters welcome – there will be a list on the noticeboard for seats on the bus.
We expect to return by around 8.30pm.

Level 3 gala suitable for all swimmers aged 9/over. Last chance to achieve Cumbria Age Groups qualifying times for 2020. Includes all events except long distance (800/1500m). There are no qualifying times so this gala is suitable for all swimmers, however if by any chance the gala is oversubscribed (unlikely) the swimmers with no times/the slowest swimmers would be excluded.

Swimmers travel by bus: meet at Ulverston Pool at 1.20pm, cost £5 per swimmer/spectator. Expected return approx. 10pm, to be confirmed on the day.

The welcome return of our traditional Christmas fun gala!
Swimmers need to put their names on the noticeboard and will need to register at 3.45pm on the day so that we can sort out teams. We will be having some fun relays and games then finish in time to go over to the Sports Club for the Presentation Evening and food. Parent poolside helpers (with relevant qualifications please) would be very welcome to help – it can get a bit manic! Please let Juliet know if you can assist.
Get ready for Christmas at our annual Party and Presentation Night at the Sports Club – disco, games, awards and of course pie ‘n’ peas (veggie option available).
Tickets go on sale Friday 15th November – £5 per head for pie and peas plus a dessert.
