Please check with your swimmer’s coach before entering into the 400m or 200m events.
All welcome but only club members over 18 can vote.
Proposals to be considered at the AGM and nominations to the committee to be in the hands of the secretary by 31st October 2016.
Level 3 Sprint meet with 50m all strokes, 100, 200 and 400mm IM and SKINS competitions.
There are only UPPER LIMIT TIMES so this is a good meet to attend if you have no licenced times or are not fast enough for the Cumbria Winter Meet.

Club Closing Date is 2nd November. Please check terms and conditions to ensure that you have qualifying times to swim.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED to help at various sessions – please see noticeboard for details. If your child is swimming in a session please consider volunteering as these county events can’t run without volunteers.

Team will travel by coach @ £5 each, there will be some spare seats for parents @ £5. Please advise asap if your swimmer is not travelling on the coach so we get the right size!
We will be having a fun gala with relays, fun races and possibly a special visitor, followed by a presentation evening / Christmas party at the Sports & Social club next door to the pool. Details to follow shortly so put it in your calendar!
