UASC have the following sessions planned for over the Christmas period. Please Note these sessions are for the following groups:- Sea, Development, Senior & Senior Invite. All sessions are at the Ulverston pool.

We’ve had a record number of swimmers entering the Workington gala this weekend which is great, but it means that most of our coaches are also away.  Therefore the following changes will apply this...

Please note that there will be no training on Good Friday (19th April) or Easter Monday (22nd April) but all other sessions will run as normal.

Fun Gala CANCELLED  Due to the pool and poolside being too cold the fun gala is cancelled Presentation and party WILL STILL GO AHEAD from 6pm at Sport club
