There will be finals for the 200IM for age 12/over.
Level 3 gala with all events, starting with long distance on Friday evening.

Cumbria team will be selected in September and swimmers informed in writing of their selection. The team travels by bus with the team managers on Saturday for an overnight stay in Sheffield. It is of course a great achievement to be selected for this senior Cumbria team.
