Qualifying times must have been achieved since 5th February 2018. Club closing date 12th December.
If your swimmer has achieved qualifying times you will be given a paper form by 7th December listing the events they can swim. Using this, please enter here (see below).
If you think they have achieved other times than those listed on the form please contact Mandy as soon as possible (galaentries@uasc.me.uk). Note that the qualifying times are AGE AT 31st DECEMBER 2019!

Sunday sessions will be long distance events (am) and relays (pm). Relay teams will be selected by the coaches, swimmers will be advised in January; entry fees for the relay teams are paid by the Club.

Friendly Gala following the Diddy League format – for swimmers who will eligible to swim in Cumbria Diddy League 2019. Teams and exact timings will be announced in due course. This gala is organised by Carnforth Otters for three clubs – Barrow, Carnforth and ourselves. It promises to be a fun day which we are looking forward to attending. Warm-up will be 4pm (tbc)

50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 100m IM. All swimmers aged 9/over on 23/03/19. There will be no 200m IM event this year.
Ulverston Club entries now closed. Many thanks to all those who have entered, more information to follow shortly including a list of jobs we’ll need volunteers for.
LAST CHANCE FOR NW REGIONAL QUALIFYING TIMES – all events except 800/1500m and 100IM. An Ulverston coach will be on poolside both days.
Recommended for swimmers who are close to achieving regional qualifying times. There are upper limit times only, however I would interpret the terms and conditions as requiring an entry time and therefore if your swimmer doesn’t have a time for a particular event you should not enter.
The meet is First Come, First Served so our Club Closing Date will be 25th January ENTRIES NOW CLOSED – our entries have been accepted – programme available shortly
